StingRay Shields offers free shipping on all domestic orders placed on our website, with no minimum order. We make every effort to process your order quickly. When you order from our website, you can expect your order within 5-7 business days.
FREE Returns and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our main concern. If you purchased your product directly from StingRay Shields (or from Amazon.com, where StingRay Shields was the seller) and if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a refund or an exchange to our helpful customer service department at the address on our website within 60 days of your original purchase. Our return and replacement guarantee does not apply to any damage resulting from misuse or abuse.
- Return shipping is absolutely FREE within the United States.
- If you would like to return your case, please complete this PRODUCT RETURN FORM to include with your return.
- You will be provided with a pre-paid UPS domestic or USPS domestic label to return the purchase to us.
- Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Refunds are limited to the original purchaser, or immediate family member. For gifts, we will gladly exchange your purchase for another StingRay Shields case or Signature Accent Plate at the same price.
- Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
- For Third-Party Retail purchases, we request that you contact our authorized retailer first for any returns, exchanges, or warranty coverage.

StingRay Shields Case-Systems are Made In The USA , including components that are manufactured in the Silicon Valley in California, and are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 6 months from the original date of purchase. Our Limited Warranty does not apply to any damage resulting from misuse or abuse, or from ordinary wear and tear that is the natural result of daily use.
In the unlikely event of a defect occurring, please notify us within this Warranty Period, and we will replace the defective part free of charge.
When requesting a warranty replacement, we ask that you email us your order number, or copy of your receipt or other proof of purchase, along with a photo of the defective part, to expedite the processing of your request. After your return is received and approved, StingRay Shields will provide you with a pre-paid UPS domestic or USPS domestic label to return the part to us. StingRay Shields will either repair or replace the product using new or refurbished parts, or repair or replace the product with a new or refurbished StingRay Shields product of equal or lesser value per the terms of this warranty. For purposes of this Limited Warranty, “refurbished” means a product or part that has been substantially returned to its original specifications. In the event of a defect, these are your exclusive remedies.
Except for the Limited Warranty expressly stated above, StingRay Shields makes no other warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, and you specifically agree that StingRay Shields shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages for breach of any warranty of any type on any StingRay Shields product.
In addition, and without limiting the generality of the foregoing disclaimers, StingRay Shields does not warrant, and is not responsible under any circumstances for any damage to any personal property, or for the cost or replacement of any phones or other electronic devices that are made by anyone other than StingRay Shields, including but not limited to the Apple iPhone, which is a trademark of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and in other countries.
